Q: Can I request the ESN prior to purchasing to verify the phone was not reported lost or stolen?

Q: Can I add insurance thru Verizon?
A: Ifr you currently have insurance, it will carry over once you swap phones. If you do not, you will have to call customer service or take it to a Verizon store to add insurance.
