Q: Are all your T-Mobile cell phones genuine?

A: Yes.  All our T-Mobile cell phones come in their original T-Mobile retail boxes with logo(s) on the phone. 

Please note that there are many websites selling "gray" market phones with just flashed T-Mobile software on the phone.  T-Mobile will not honor any manufacturer covered issues since it is not a genuine T-Mobile product.

Q: Are your T-Mobile cell phones brand new or refurbished?

A: All T-Mobile cell phonres we sell are guaranteed to be brand new and not refurbished.

A: No.  All T-Mobile cell phones we sell can only be used with T-Mobile sim cards.  It is locked to their service only.

Q: Does the phone come with a sim card?

A: No.  Just insert your current T-Mobile sim card and you are good to go.

Q: Will I have to manually input the settings for MMS and Mobile Web to work?

A:  No.  All our T-Mobile cell phones we sell come with all settings installed.  Just insert your T-Mobile sim card and all phone features will work.

Q: Will all sevices this phone offers work in my area?

A: Please go to t-mobile.com to verify what services are available in your area.

Q: Are your T-Mobile phones compatible with myFaves?

A:  There are still some phones made by T-Mobile that do not offer myFaves.  Please go over the features of the phone to verify compatibility. 

Q: Can I request the IMEI serial number prior to purchasing to verify the phone was not reported lost or stolen?

A: Due to security reasons, we do not give out IMEI serial numbers.  The phone is guaranteed to be clean.

A: Simply insert your current T-Mobile sim card and you are good to go.  No manual settings required.

Q: Do I have to sign a new contract or extend my current contract if i buy this phone?

A: No.  Your are purchasing this item with no contract or extension involved.

A: The phone comes with a one year warranty thru T-Mobile.
