  1. How do I order?
    Feel free to browse WirelessToysOnline.com's product catalog and simply add the items your wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart. You may edit, remove or add items to your cart at any time. When you are done shopping and browsing our products, all you need to do is access your Shopping Cart and checkout with the items you currently have in your cart. When the checkout is complete you will then choose your shipping method. We offer different shipping methods with different rates. The next step will be to choose a method of payment. After entering all the details of your preferred method of payment and order confirmation page will follow. In addition to that, an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

  2. How do I add items to my shopping cart?
    Search for the item you want to purchase. Once you are in the item's page you can adjust the quantity to order of that item. You will see an 'Add To Cart' button.

  3. How can I remove an item from my shopping cart?
    Go to your Cart Contents and click the remove item checkbox for the item you wish to remove. After you have checked all the items you wish to remove, click on the 'Update Cart' button found at the bottom of the shopping cart.

  4. How do I checkout?
    To checkout your items you need to be in the Cart Contents screen. After you review that all the items you want to purchase are in your shopping cart, you will have to click in the 'Checkout' button to checkour your items.

  5. Do I need to create an account to order?
    No.  But by creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

  6. Is the ordering process secure?
    WirelessToysOnline.com automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to WirelessToysOnline.com's data processing server using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

    If your method of payment is PayPal or Google Checkout,  your information is safe. You will be redirected to their secure server for checkout.

  7. Can you ship my items just anywhere?
    For security reasons, if you use Paypal, we will only ship to the billing address (Confirmed Address) of the credit card or PayPal account.  If you us Google Checkout, we will only ship to your credit card's billing address.  There will be No Exceptions.

  8. How much do I have to pay for shipping?
    Shipping rates are calculated based on item weight and size.  Please refer to your Shipping Methods & Rates section for more info.

  10. How can I tell if my order went through?
    After your payment information has been processed you should get an order confirmation page. In addition to that, an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If you did not get an order confirmation page or you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please let any of our Sales Representatives know about it before re-ordering.

    You can also sign in to your account and check your order status. If no orders are displayed we suggest contacting any of our Sales Representatives via E-Mail.

    The following are expected travel times after the item leaves our warehouse.

    • USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days
    • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
    • USPS Regular Mail: 2-5 business days

  16. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

    Yes we do.   Discount is automatically given once the item is placed in your shopping cart.  Minimum quantity is 10 of the same item.
